The most important of the latest Yandex updates. Part 1.

Be noted first, Yandex has announced a new feature for those entrepreneurs who don’t have their own website and develop business through social networks or marketplaces. Such entrepreneurs often lose some of the potential customers not registered at these platforms. Ad-copies lead users to the advertiser’s account, but they can not see it.

Now business owner can get a ready landing page and run advertising. The new website has already installed Yandex Metrica (All-Round Web Analytics), and you can specify the goals for the campaign. Targeted actions can be different, for example, a purchase application, a link to the messenger, a click on the phone number. The new Yandex feature will bring potential customers to your project, and you can only pay for the result.

The second important update concerns prohibited advertising areas. Not so long ago, Yandex offered its users a new feature, which is called the Remote Control. With this button, for example, you can learn details about the advertiser: whether they have a store or office offline, whether they have social network accounts, what other ads they have posted and so on.

Users can also now report advertising. Controversial ad-copies are immediately sent for additional inspection and in case of violations are removed from the display. In June, more than half a million ad-copies were sent for rechecking. In the first half of 2022, Yandex permanently blocked more than 66,000 accounts and 16 million fraudulent ads, the owners of which tried to place fraudulent or banned advertising in Yandex. This new feature will improve the quality of advertising, make it more useful and safe for users.
